At Long Last

Hi Guys

So, yeah, I’m doing this and I’m doing it NOW!!

I’ve been wanting to start this blog for quite a while, the name came to me since August but I’ve been procrastinating and putting it off.

I really don’t know what I’ve been waiting for. Well, I kinda do

1. I was going to start this blog with 2 friends but they kept on postponing and we were in different countries. They finally told me that they’ll rather do guest posts after much bugging.
2. I promised to start by Christmas Day but my laptop was with the fix it people for about a month (I dey for Naija)
3. I  wasn’t sure whether to go with wordpress, blogspot, eebly or tumblr
4. I wanted a nice start date but today will do 2/8/14, 14 times 2 is 28, this is the second month of the year, month of duplication and double blessings so that works.

Anyways, I’m starting now so it’s all good.

I would have called myself a recent graduate if I started this in 2013 but it’s been 7 months since my graduation day (July 11^th) so it’s not so recent now, is it?

Welcome to my blog

I’m a 21 year old lady, studied Economics, wasn’t really passionate about it, moved back home to Nigeria and I’m taking part in the NYSC (National Youth Service Corps) program.

I was posted to a School, I’m an Assistant teacher in Primary 1. It’s actually not bad, I’ve always been in touch with my childish side. I like the fact that I close work pretty early and I get Easter, Summer and Christmas Holidays. Plus I don’t have to dress too formal and I get one day off for Community Development Service, bang in the middle of the week. Also, I’m getting paid by the government and the School so no complaints there.

I could go on and on but this is probably too much information for my First Post.
