Lagos Cocktail Week starts today the 16th of October and will run for three fun-filled days. The event which sees cocktail connoisseurs gather to learn and unwind has FAYROUZ the premium soft drink as its Official soft drink partner.
Every evening, from TODAY, the 16th of October to Thursday the 18th of October, Fayrouz will be present at the Federal Palace Hotel giving out free cocktails at the Cocktail Village.
Fayrouz, a perfect mixer for all occasions, will re-introduce its signature cocktails from the “Omoge” “Fay Martini”, “UltimateLady”, “Virgin Royalty” and decadent Fayrouz cocktail” amongst others to consumers who visit their stand at Federal Palace.
On Thursday however, the event will reach fever pitch as the Awards Night holds on that day. As the official soft drink of the week, Fayrouz is the sponsor of the Best Cocktail Bar in Lagos category.
This category recognizes and celebrate bars which consumers have visited and validated their drinks, both cocktails and mocktails.
The Lagos Cocktail Week was launched in Nigeria four years ago by Lara Rawa MD, Eventi Cocktails.
Four Years ago, Fayrouz spotted the art of blending among its target audience, millennials and decided to launch an activation called “ Fayrouz Original Mixer”.
This allowed consumers the opportunity to sample signature Fayrouz cocktails. The result was a platform that reinforced the differentiation between Carbonated Soft Drinks (CSD). It is also worthy to note that a training session for barmen by experienced mixologists was conducted to help their trade.
