Oleku by the bridge

Hey Guys!

How is your week going? Do you now have fuel? Hehe

This is a set of photos from the shoot I mentioned in this post. I was asked to bring different African prints and this has to be one of my favourite Oleku's. I remember when I moved back, Oleku's were all the rage as seen in my Oleku Obsession post. Then the silk one's took over like the ones I rocked in the shoot with Aima's

I am not a big fan of water so ain't no way I was gonna wear heels on a shaky platform booboo (I said that in a really ghetto ratchet American accent by the way).

I'm not totally sure why I was wearing flip flops to be honest, do you think they add something or take away something from the pictures? You must back up your answer with reason o!
Oh, yeah, this was my first shoot by the bridge and I look forward to many more, I miss Linguini o, Baddest Photog ever liveth, some of my favourite pictures by him are the Ankara Inspired ones and the Flower Princess one too. I think it's good that he is away sha as I've met and collaborated with many other photographers. Check out my instagram (@tukemorgan) and see some of the pictures Niyi Okeowo took of me over the weekend :)
These pictures were taken for a magazine which is apparently really popular in the east: Xclusive Mag, have any of you seen it in your city? Their handle is @xclusiveng on Instagram.

  2. Lovely pictures, i'm scared of water too. I like the fact that you wore flip flops, gives it that traditional look. And i see your friend linguini in school, we have a few classes together, his height is so intimidating Jeez!
And as for the chocolate royal scandal, that left me speechless.

    Loads of love :)

  10. I love! Kudos to the photog.
About the scandal, just read about it yesterday in Allure, it's ridiculous because if tables were turned, the Nigerian will not live to tell the story, I just hope the owner is apprehended and justice is served.
