October was so busy with prep for my Introduction, the introduction itself, prep for my trip to Ghana, exploring Ghana, Lagos Fashion and Design Week and the beginning of a 6 month Content Creation Fellowship. It was an intense but Amazing month and I'm looking forward to what the rest of the year holds for me.
I wore this stunning Ruched Ankara Dress with Peplum Hem for the first day of LFDW, it got soooo much love.
I bought it at Makola Market in Ghana for 45 Cedis, less than N4,000, proof that you don't have to break the bank to look good.
My Black Court Shoes are from New Look. The lovely curls are baby bounce curls from St_Thames Hair. Review on it coming soon.
I really enjoyed the fact that it was at Eko Atlantic as there was less traffic and loads of space for pictures. There were also food vendors selling Jollof Rice, Small Chops, Chicken & Chips, Shawarma, Popcorn and Candy Floss.
The only thing I didn't particularly like was the mobile toilets and how it smelt. Other than that, there was definitely a significant improvement from the previous LFDWs I've attended.
Check out this post, this post and this post to see my recap and looks to LFDW last year :)
Hope to see some of you at the Shea Moisture Event later today!!!
